DMCA Policy
West TN Consulting respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on a West TN Consulting site or service, send our Designated Agent a written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., a URL)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which West TN Consulting may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or an agent of that person. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the complainant has filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
West TN Consulting will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others. We take intellectual property violations seriously and enforce this policy consistently.
