As a part of onboarding any new client we go through training with all of our team on any new services. Your services would be no different, we would develop shared internal standard operating procedures for common situations, and undergo basic disaster recovery scenarios to simulate critical issues and how we would respond. We also use this knowledge to develop any required automation tooling, to ensure the fastest possible response. This is standard for all our services and tools we manage.
